Councillors Women, Culture and Youth, Mary Sponsorship Martínez, Francisco José Miguel Martínez and Juan Asensio, respectively, opened yesterday afternoon in the third edition of the series 'Lost Traditions', where more than fifty participants recall or learn how develop ancient local customs related activities.
The hawk journalist Isabel Reverte is responsible for coordinating the program, which will run until December, in which workshops include: food, carpet weaving, traditional games, crochet or assembly of cribs, among other proposals.
During the opening ceremony, several councilors of the municipal corporation were able to witness and be part of one of these courses, namely a knitting class with hands, where original scarves and salvacuellos were developed.
Over the coming days, the members of this cycle also peer into the festivities of the columbine districts, showing that many of these places still have old habits.
