The mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, commits an unlawful act by not submitting municipal budgets before October 15, deadline regulated in the BOE to do so.
This is not the first time that occurs during the term, but it takes repeated three consecutive years.
Without going any further, last year the local government budgets presented with only two days before the debate.
Worried about it, the Councillor for IU-Green, María Isabel Torrente, asked the government team at the last regular meeting of the Municipal Council when it intended to submit budgets for 2015. The response given by the "popular" spokesman Diego Martínez Parra, was that this year will present "with three days notice".
In this way the local government team makes fun of citizenship.
Not only incurs an illegality, but apparently proud for that.
But the present Popular Party budgets with just three days before debate hides a political background: impossible that opposition groups conducted a detailed analysis of budgets and submit amendments thereto.
Do they have something to hide?
