The Councillor for Local Development, Industry, Trade and Employment aquiline Consistory, Carlos Buitrago Bartholomew, has reported the opening of a new deadline for submitting applications for companies wishing to settle in the Municipal Nursery, located in the industrial area.
Bartolomé Buitrago explained that 'interested parties must submit the required documentation before 14 pm on January 28, according to the standard form found in the General Register of the City'.
The Business Incubator occupies about 1,000 m2 building and has 4 offices, 25 square meters, and 8 ships, ranging from 30 to 120 square meters, more common areas (reception, toilets, training room and meetings , etc.).
In this case, are made available to the public three ships (30 and 60 square meters) and four offices of 25 square meters.
Use shall be for an initial period of one year under occupation of municipal areas.
However, authorized firms may request an extension up to four years, being conditional extension of the third and fourth annuity to the firm that request stating the intention to make a major investment in implementing a new line business, different and parallel to that until now had been doing, which is mirrored by a net job creation
The mayor has indicated that the Consistory aquiline encourage new entrepreneurs, in order to facilitate their entry into employment by offering bonuses of 100% on the business license and lease expenses during the first six months, both the start-ups, like those carried less than six months developing their activity.
From the seventh month, 3 euros per square meter, in the case of ships, and 5 euros for meter box at the offices will be paid.
