As every year, the Department of cleaning the City of Eagle and the concessionaire of this service (Acciona-Generala), have coordinated the launch of a special device Carnival.
As explained by the incumbent mayor of this area, Isidro Carrasco, will be operational from Thursday 12 to Sunday 22 February, consisting of 75 workers who will be responsible for street cleaning, solid waste collection, cleaning of beaches and places to party, and other routine services.
Carrasco said that the Carnival spent more than five hundred tons of waste were collected and this year is expected that the figure may increase due to the recent declaration of International Tourist Interest, so that operators begin to do their work to six o'clock, except on days of parades begin at four in the morning.
As for the material initially allocated to the cleanup, will be used:
Thirty organic toilets, with all necessary for daily cleaning and disinfecting material.
Three trucks Flushing, two of 6000 liters for large avenues and one 1,000 liter narrow streets.
Five sweepers, two and three suction drag.
Two washing machines plazas and sidewalks.
A loader and a truck to transport waste.
Ten blowers compressed air to remove residues left on the boxes located on the route of the parade.
Eighty containers of 800 liters, with a special route for collection.
Two containers of 12 cubic meters of waste discharge.
Thousand liters of disinfectant, antibacterial and deodorizing product to combat odors that might exist after every holiday.
Finally, the mayor has asked the cooperation of citizens and has indicated that three brigades will be devoted to the thorough cleaning of gardens and squares of the town.
Also, an exclusive evening service will be activated for manual scanning areas of special confluence.
