Spanish Red Cross, Salvage and Customs Enforcement have been carried out during the noon today Monday 16 February 1 Rescue Exercise Poniente Beach in the coastal municipality, aiming to improve collaboration between different organizations and minimize time response in real situations and improve joint action protocols.
In the exercise, which has been covered by hundreds of people from the breakwater west and promenade of that beach, participated by Spanish Red Cross Eagles, boat Level B "LS Titania" based on the City, Salvamar "Mimosa" based in Cartagena and Almeria 203 Helimer by Maritime Rescue and Patrol "Abanto" and the helicopter "Argos" Customs Surveillance Service.
The simulation has been the raising of two alleged victims until rescue helicopter landing and then two rescuers to a boat with difficulties government to assist the crew.
