The City of Eagle reports that the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) has published the notice of sale of plots in the Industrial "The Labradorcico".
There are four farms, municipal ownership, with the following dimensions and initial bidding price:
Plot 1 (A-12): From 733'60 m2 and an amount of 66.405'47 euros + VAT.
Plot 2 (A-24): From 733'60 m2 and an amount of 66.405'47 euros + VAT.
Plot 3 (L-5): Of 4,310 m2 and an amount of 260.108'50 euros + VAT.
Plot 4 (F-14.B): From 1.151'50 m2 and an amount of 69.493'03 euros + VAT.
To obtain documents and more information, those interested can contact the Property and Procurement section of the Consistory aquiline (3rd Floor), from Monday to Friday from 8-15 pm as well as by phone: 968 418 846, 968,418,812 and 968,418,886.
The deadline for obtaining documents will be the same for the submission of tenders, for a period of 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of a notice in the Official Gazette of the Murcia Region, which will close the March 6.
The documents will be presented at the General Register of the City, Monday through Friday from 9-14 hours and the working Saturdays from 9-13 hours.
The bid opening will be held on the fifth business day following the deadline for submitting proposals in the Hall of the Consistory aquiline or other municipal premises to be enabled for this purpose.
