The Councillor for Culture, Francisco Miguel Martinez, and filmmaker Benito Rabal have welcomed the development of R Weekend Film Eagles, which was held during the 27th and February 28th for different parts of town.
The program included screenings of short films and movies, most of them with the presence of its directors, along with allegorical to the movies that made the members of the school Teyde theater, directed the actor Miguel Angel Prisons performance.
It also held two exhibitions, a photo of filming and another by designer Sonia Grande, wearing the films of Woody Allen, Alejandro Amenábar and other filmmakers.
One of the most important events was the symposium to be held in the Hall of Mirrors at the Casino, with the presence of the filmmakers: Imanol Uribe (director), Sonia Grande (costume designer), Trilby Norton (producer) Alfonso Zarauza (director) and Terele Pávez (actress), among other guests.
The mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, was responsible for closing this I Film Weekend, which has managed to interest an audience that has enveloped the various events that have been happening over these two days.
Scripts, production, shooting and editing, directing actors and interpretation: Now a series of filmmaking workshops, which will start in March and will run until June, related to start.
Once completed, a short film made by students attending will be performed.
