This afternoon, the hall of mirrors casino Eagles hosted the second edition of the contest cold starters and sweets, organized by the Department of Consumer aquiline Consistory and the Association of Housewives, Consumers and Users 'Virgen de los Dolores' , with the sponsorship of various commercial firms.
Twenty dishes were presented to this succulent competition chaired the mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, accompanied by the mayors of Consumption and woman, Ana María Martínez Sponsorship Miñarro and Mary, along with several councilors of the municipal corporation and the president of the Housewives, Catalina Garcia, as well as other members of the jury and an audience that filled the entire room.
During the evening, part of the program of activities developed by the City of Eagle to commemorate the World Day of Consumer Rights, a conference was also held under the title 'The kiosk consumer', by Sonia Martinez and Maica Hernández, belonging to the staffing of the OMIC in Aguilas.
After deliberation the jury, the following prizes were awarded:
Better Taste: Fina Dólera with sweet 'Texas' and Agueda Martinez with incoming 'leek quiche, shrimp and cheese'.
More Original: Vicenta Rodríguez with sweet 'almond cake' and Jails and Rosa María Cáceres with incoming 'Crispy foie gras.
Best Presentation: Maruja García with sweet 'Almond Tart' and Alonso Martínez with the incoming 'Timbal of salmon and red shrimp'.
