The mayor of Eagle, Bartolome Hernandez, inaugurated this morning I Gastrotour "the sea, fishing and more" which will be held until Sunday, organized by the newspaper La Verdad and the Department of Tourism of the Consistory aquiline, in collaboration with different organizations and commercial firms.
It takes place at the fairgrounds of Eagles, located next to the Train Station and features: showcooking, workshops for children, children's entertainment area and a street of covers, among other proposals.
Participants establishments offer elaborate tapas, which can be enjoyed every day of 12-16 hours and from 20 to 23:30, where products Eagles are prominent, such as red prawn that tomorrow Saturday twenty kilos will be served from 12 noon.
In addition, a desktop space with ice cream and cocktails, the latter prepared by an acrobatic bartender.
Admission to the exhibition is free and caps are priced at two euros, giving attendees the opportunity to enjoy a varied program of presentations with cooking, by different professionals hotplates, among which are several aquiline and chef awarded the Michelin Star afama, Pablo Gonzalez-Conejero the Shack Restaurant Buenavista and José Álvarez del Restaurante La Costa.
Also, the Cartagena Pedro Pedroza runs several workshops 'Minigourmet', where children become chefs to enter the process of preparing different dishes.
