This morning was presented in the Press Room of the Consistory aquiline, the IV Half Marathon Night "Memorial Juan Palazón" during a ceremony was conducted by the Councillor for Sports, Diego Martínez Parra and Vice President of the Athletic Club Eagles, Manuel Quereda, accompanied by José María Robles, a member of this group.

"The competition will be held on Saturday April 11, from 19 hours, including the third edition of the 10-kilometers", said Martínez Parra, who said that the area start and finish will be located in the Plaza del Auditorium and Congress Centre "Infanta Elena" and will pass through an urban perimeter that will cover the three bays of Eagles (The Stove, Poniente and Levante).

Also this year the race will be Regional Championship Half Marathon and the two competitions will be included in the "Running Challenge", regional league organized by the Athletics Federation of Murcia, consisting of 25 events spread throughout the Autonomous Community of Murcia in 2015.

The participation of seven runners from different points of the Spanish geography, competing to qualify for the trophies awarded to the top three overall (male and female) and the top three in each category is expected, as well as the first aquiline aquiline to enter target, which in the case of the Half Marathon will be named "Trophy Juan Palazón", created in memory of the deceased broker and member of the Eagles Athletics Club for many years.

Participants categories are: Junior-Promise (1993-1997), Senior (1981-1992), Veteran A (1976-1980), Veteran B (1971-1975), Veteran C (1966-1970), Veteran D (1961- 1965), Veteran E (1956-1960), Veteran F (1951-1955) and Veteran G and (from 1946 to 1950 and earlier).

Each athlete who enters meta receive a "stock broker", containing a commemorative t test and various products of the land, donated by different horticultural enterprises Eagles.

Laggards may also do the day of the competition, in the exit zone of 16-18 hours.
