The mayor of Culture and Heritage of the Consistory aquiline, Francisco Miguel Martinez, attended yesterday afternoon the conference "History of the Civil Guard Eagles", part of the cycle "History and Traditions" sponsored by the Department of Culture, Heritage , Women and Youth.
The talk was given by the commander of the main station Eagles, Lieutenant Joaquín Guillamón, and Jesualdo guard Moreno, with the presence of many participants who wanted to know in detail the historical route of the Meritorious body, created on May 13 1844 by the Duke of Ahumada, thanks to the Royal Decree of Elizabeth II to reach the queen of age, being the Prime Minister General Narvaez.
