Last weekend the celebrations of the Cruz de Mayo is celebrated in Calabardina, hosting a full and varied program of events that brought together thousands of people.

And on Sunday morning, the local chief executive, Bartolome Hernandez, and the mayor of Celebration, Clara Valverde, by the village headman of Calabardina, Nicolas Bonaque, presided over the main events of this colorful and sailor celebration that included Mass and the procession with the cross and the image of the Virgen del Carmen, accompanied by numerous citizens and local authorities.
Similarly, it carried out the delivery of commemorative plaques rooted to different people related to the hamlet, which in this 2015 fell on Catalina Martin Robles and two others "in memoriam" to Catalina Robles Martinez and Juan Ramos Asensio.
With nearly 2,000 service portions of a giant paella concluded sunny day, full of unforgettable moments and relations between neighbors and visitors.
