Breastfeeding Happy Parenting Association and held the fourth edition of the school contest plasticine breastfeeding, in which more than a hundred figures made by students from different schools of Eagles.
The mayor, Bartolome Hernandez, and the mayor of Health, Ana Maria Miñarro, yesterday visited the exhibition of works made by the students, accompanied by the president of this group, Julia Sanchez, and member of the association, Susana Gallego.
After touring the exhibition, on display until May 10 on the first floor of Eagle Plaza shopping center, held the awards to the winners and finalists of this activity, children between 8 and 12 years of third to sixth grade.
According to organizers, contestants have taken pains to recreate the increasingly realistic and appropriate position of the mother breastfeeding her baby.
Likewise they stated that the main objective of the association, which is to normalize breastfeeding in our society, is more than meets the competition, since children have to think, observe, shape and recreate such a basic and natural act as It is feeding in the first stage of human life.
