The Eagles Urci Occupational Center was recently awarded one of the famous solidarity awards given annually by the prestigious magazine Telva.
The mayor of Health and Social Services, Ana Maria Miñarro last weekend traveled to the capital of Spain, to accompany the members of the expedition hooked during the ceremony in which collected the second national award granted by this publication.
Together with Councillor aquiline, they traveled the president of the center, Josefa Lopez;
assistant principal, Fuensanta Garcia;
Guillermo Canovas caregiver and twenty seven of the students of the group said, users aged between 16 and 65 with various disabilities.
The award included an economic value of EUR 3,500, sponsored by different companies, with which they will buy the materials needed to build a multisensory classroom: tactile tiles for the hall of sensations, panel aromas, shower optical fiber or projector effects moving shapes of landscapes and animals.
