The Department of Health Hon.
City of Eagle reports that last week proceeded to the completion of the courses for food handlers.
This edition was attended by 36 people including within food sectors:
Prepared meals (Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Pizza, Burgers, etc).
Butchers-Deli.
Patisseries.
Food retailers (Fishmongers, Fruit, etc).
The novelty this year was the introduction in the course content, the new regulations regarding food allergens according to the provisions of RD 126/2015 of 27 February, which the general rule is approved on food information food presented unpackaged for sale to the final consumer and to institutions, packaged at the point of sale at the request of the buyer and holders packaged retail.
