The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, has been commissioned to carry out the symbolic ribbon cutting to officially inaugurated the marina Club Nautico de Aguilas after remodeling works undertaken.
The event, which was attended by the General Director of Ports, Antonio Sanchez, the director of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, Manuel Fernández-Delgado, and the president of the Yacht Club, Miguel Lopez Navares, among other attendees , it was carried out this morning.
The works, whose total investment has exceeded 500,000 euros, provided entirely by the members of the Yacht Club, have made a total renovation of facilities.
Among the actions carried out include improvements in sanitation and sewerage;
new buildings renovating existing, namely sailing and diving tower Captaincy, and toilets;
and improving the pontoons.
It has influenced in a special way on environmental issues and all lighting is LED, which saves considerable energy and hot water is supplied through solar energy.
