"Psychological prevention of emotional disorders throughout the life cycle" is the course of the International University Campus Mar-Mare Nostrum to be held in Aguilas from 22 to 24 July.

The course will analyze the factors that affect mental, such as stress, health unhealthy habits and work techniques and healthy lifestyles to avoid falling into some pathology.

The activity has a duration of 25 hours, and those who enroll in it shall be entitled to 2.5 free elective credit or ECTS-credit CRAU.
