The municipality has shown this weekend more caring her face with Alzheimer Eagles Association.

So, yesterday took place the traditional Annual Gala Charity Association.

An event that was attended by the mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno;

Councillor responsible for the Social Block, Vicente Ruiz;

and the council responsible for the Economic-Productive, Tomas Cosentino Block, among other members of the Municipal Corporation.

The evening, which was presented by Marisol Lopez and Alonso Paredes, was enlivened by the performances of crews Cuesta de Gos and Navy, the latter accompanied by the troubadour Salvador Clemente who spent a few ballads to the mayor and to the audience.

He also wanted to work with the Alzheimer's Association Teyde School Eagles Theatre which featured the funny piece Waiting Room.

The evening was completed with musical performances by Mary Sandoval and Blue Band.

Before finalizing the act, Antonio Soler, president of the Association, thanked all the attendees for their presence and stressed the importance of collaboration for this hawk association.

For its part, the mayor of the town pledged to continue supporting "as important as the one carried out this association activity, not only with patients but also with their families and caregivers."

Sport also showed his more caring face

Last Saturday was the Eagles CF who had shown their solidarity in a friendly match against Almeria that was played in the Rubial.

The Eagles Football Club defeated 0-2 against Almeria despite making a good game and stand up to one of the teams called to fight for a place in the Premier League this season.

The home team and Andalusian joined forces in a first preseason game where the main part of it was the Alzheimer's Association of Eagles as the box office was dedicated entirely to the great social work developed it.
