The mayor of Eagle, Mari Carmen Moreno, director of the International University of the Sea, Monica Galdana, the course director, Isabel Casanova, and the rector of the University of Murcia, José Orihuela, were responsible for opening the current year's legislative reforms and constitutional boundaries to be held in Eagles until next July 30.
In the inaugural speech, Isabel Casanova said the Eagles recorded their collaboration with the University of Murcia, an institution which this year celebrates one hundred years.
"This year, especially, did not want or could no longer be here," said the director of the course.
For its part, the mayor of Eagles was very pleased with the presence of the UMU in the town.
"Eagles can not do without a training offer as it unfolds in the Universidad del Mar and also in the future work for further expansion."
In the same vein, the first mayor of aquiline congratulated the course director for quality;
a course, he said, "in which issues such as combating corruption, and democracy and citizen security interest not only to lawyers but to the general public are addressed."
Before concluding his speech, Moreno encouraged all attendees to enjoy "in your free time, the tourist and cultural offer as well as the beaches of Eagles".
