It stressed that this action, which began during the previous legislature and has now been completed, "responds to a historical demand of the locals who had spent more than twenty years requesting drinking water for the village."
In the same vein, Lopez claimed that "with this water, which as we have seen with the correct flow springs and all the right health parameters, you can respond to demand from both private homes and farms in the area."
