Since last month the City of Eagle has a new service: the service office and public information.
An agency, run by a municipal official with knowledge of languages, used to serve requests and inquiries of citizens in person ensuring that all citizens who need this service can access it.
In this regard, he noted Luis Lopez, Councillor for Citizen Participation, "has set up technological means, organization, internal coordination, training and retraining to the appropriate municipal staff to ensure a smooth and effective response."
As for the functions it serves the mayor indicated that registration requests, complaints, suggestions, initiatives and proposals, and to report on the process and how to perform various administrative procedures.
In this sense, any citizen who needs to perform management at City Hall and not know the procedure to be followed will now find it much easier to do so, as the official responsible for this office will inform you face shape everything you need to know.

The focus in this office is done through citizen information table, located in the town hall (access Conde de Aranda) from 9 to 14 hours on weekdays.
