The mayor of Equality of the City of Eagle, Maria Isabel Torrente, and coach Municipal Center for Women, Antonia Reche, presented the program of events to be held in the city on the occasion of the celebration, on November 25 the International Day Against Violence Against Women.
Activities, highlighted Reche, "are focused mainly on prevention, why many of them will take place in schools and institutes of the town centers."
Thus, from the 23th and even the 25 students of 1st Primary develop the "Marina, Javi and his friend Miguelito" workshop, based on the story of coexistence of the same name.

For high school students it has proposed a short film competition under the title Short violence, whose winning piece will be presented on Thursday 26 at 18 am in the House of Culture Francisco Rabal.
This program of activities will be complemented by the actions that the day will be held from 25 to coincide with the International Day Against Gender Violence, which consist of a simultaneous release of balloons in all schools of the town at 12. The same time will be held a rally and read the manifesto in front of City Hall.
In the afternoon it will stage the play "Guernica, war and pain, violence, war and pain" at the Auditorium and Congress Palace Infanta Elena with passes at 18 hours (for high school students) and 20 hours for the general public.
