The course of the International University of the Sea held in Eagles on the Criminal Justice tomorrow will address the specific legislation that punishes the criminal actions staged by minors.
In the course session led by Professor of the University of Murcia Fernando Jiménez José María Conde intervene Rifa, a professor at the Public University of Navarre, who will discuss current issues arising from criminal proceedings against minors.
For his part, also a professor and dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Almería José Eduardo Sainz-Cantero will address the measures that may be imposed on juvenile offenders and their execution.
Civil liability for criminal acts committed by minors will be addressed by the professor at the University of Granada José Luis González.
In this symposium, to be held in the hotel "Don Juan" Eagles after 17 hours, will moderate Juan Martínez Moya, president of the Superior Court of Justice in the Region.
