'Non-formal education in youth work' is the name of the course has ended after five days of intense activity that has developed in the youth hostel Calarreona, Eagles.
A total of 60 participants, including students of social education and other social sciences, practicing social workers, youth workers and community youth technicians responsible for volunteer organizations and youth organizations have been attending the training experience The first of these characteristics, the Youth Institute has organized courses in the University of the Sea International
The seminar has also had 25 teachers from different universities, such as Osnabrück (Germany), University of Salamanca, the Ramon Llull of Barcelona, Autonomous University of Madrid and the University of Murcia.
Teachers also benefited from social movements, NGOs, cooperatives, social and cultural initiatives, as well as young technicians of the Council of Europe, the Community of Madrid and the Community of Murcia.
The course was led by Professor of the Faculty of Education at the University of Murcia, Catalina Guerrero, and the director of the Regional School of Entertainment and Recreation, the Youth Institute of the Region of Murcia, Roberto Bañón.
The course began on September 15 and today it has closed a high level of participation and reflection.
The attendees are involved and have shown their desire to continue with this type of experience and a broad satisfaction with the development of content and experiences they have experienced.
