It is focusing on the development and learning of relaxation as a way to combat daily stress and as a means of preventing physical and mental diseases.
From the Association of Psychologists have noted that, because of stress, tensions build up in various parts of our body, such as the neck, head, back, stomach, etc.
If they are properly relieved and at the right time, can become chronic and cause more severe diseases, such as, stomach ulcers, back problems, headaches, not to mention other emotional disorders such as anxiety attacks, depression, irritability or low self-esteem.
