The Department of Social Services City of Eagle, through the municipal services to immigrants (SAMI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration in the Autonomous Community of Murcia and the Ministry of Social Affairs, has organized a Stress Management Workshop, Derived from the Immigration Process.

Delivered by Inmaculada Morosoli Technical Team SAMI will be held on Saturday November 15 from 9:00 to 14:00 hours and 16:30 to 19.00 pm in the Centro Cultural de RENFE.

This workshop is aimed at immigrants, who face daily problems of rootlessness and feelings of loss and fear, in the context of their migration process.

During the day, we will seek to develop personal resources and skills of immigrants after the migration process, encouraging the expression of emotions and providing relaxation techniques as a tool to combat stress and anxiety in their daily lives, thus encouraging as an appropriate adaptation to the new context in which they live.
