As usual in previous years, the President of the Assembly Local Red Cross Eagles, Miguel Molina Sánchez, presented the Mayor of Aguilas, Juan Ramírez Soto, the management report of the total assistance by the Red Cross during the year above.
Interventions, framed in the conventions of cooperation that keeps humanitarian organization with the City in support of the departments of Health, Social Services and Civil Protection, have totaled nearly 12,400 assists.
As reported by the Mayor to the media attending the event, a notable increase in the Social Services Home Care Physical Disability and Patient Transfer Workshop psychostimulation to Alzheimer's who have gone from 5,525 to 7,316.
Some assistance, in the words of Ramirez, justify themselves to the Convention remains the Local Administration of the city with the Red Cross and whose main objective is to improve the care given to citizens.
For his part, President of Red Cross Eagles, Miguel Molina, welcomed the cooperation of the City to maintain and enhance the two collaboration agreements, the Transport Socio-Health Coverage and the Beaches (COPLA), resulting in Management Report presented during the Tuesday morning in the Hall of the Consistory aquiline.
12,398 assistance undertaken by the different departments of Red Cross and whose merit lies in the 100 volunteers who work routinely with the Organization to provide health coverage and preventive care to all events held in the city, and compound to the 80 professionals hired for the summer to provide security on the beaches of the city.
Effort from both institutions have managed to maintain a "0" the number of syndromes of Immersion on the beach in surveillance.
As future projects and in response to questions from the media present, Miguel Molina announced the talks to give the Assembly a new ambulance, request that has been transferred to the Team, before the difficulties that appeal to fund the Red Cross' own funds, and to strengthen the two Rapid Response Teams Emergency (ERIE) that are based in Eagle, the Classification of Victims and Humanitarian Assistance to Immigrants.

With respect to the previous year, the increase of Social Services Physical Disability Home Care and Patient Transfer Workshop psychostimulation to Alzheimer's who have gone from 5,525 in 2007 to 7,316 in 2008, made under the Agreement with the City Council Eagles in support of the departments of Health, Social Services and Civil Protection.
Interventions Municipal Medical Team have also been a large increase, from 233 the previous year to 344 in 2008, and shipments to the Hospital Rafael Méndez in Basic Life Support Ambulance totaling 170 in 2008 to 66 in 2007.
Also noted that the summer season has not recorded Immersion Syndrome beaches guarded by Red Cross within COPLA the City Plan, which accumulate more than 10 years with no fatalities due to accidents in the aquatic environment.
