The city of Eagles live this weekend some of the most important day of Carnival 2009, a festival declared of National Tourist Interest, which this year is expected to attend more than 150,000 people from all over the world.
The program of events for the next few days is as follows:
Friday 20 February:
At 13.00 hours, Beach bars opening of "Carnival Day."
Will be open during all holidays.
At 20:00 pm Cuerva XXI National Competition.
Jury Crook (typical drink of the Carnival of Aguilas), headed by the "Grand Master" Oche Cortes, Director of the Cadena Cope Murcia and comprises a total of 150 components in disguise, will depart from headquarters Federation of Clubs, to the City of Eagle, where they will be received by the Mayor of the town, and later separated into 6 groups, a delicious concoction prepared by over 80 local municipality, among those who will choose the best Cuervas Carnival 2009.

At 23.00 pm in the Plaza of Spain, "Latin Music Festival" with the Orchestra "Chocolate" and Costume Party in tents, beach bars and nightclubs.
Saturday 21 February:
At 11.00 hours, departing from the Yacht Club, second round of the Eighth Race "Carnaval de Aguilas", Class Cruise, involving a total of 65 superyachts.
At 18'30 pm in the Salons of the Club, is hosting the awards ceremony.
At 21.00 am in the Plenary Hall of the City of Eagles (Press & Protocol Only), reception and delivery of awards to the Grand Master of the Crow, the Golden Helmet and Barker 2009.
At 21'45, arrival of Musa and his entourage to the City.
At 22.00 am in the stage at the Plaza of Spain, Dialectic and Shells Battle between Don Carnal, Juan Pedro Ruiz de Haro and Lady Lent, Mayca Lorenzo Barnes, with their respective hosts.
At the end, from the balcony of City Hall, Cry of the Muse, Julia de Haro Soto, the Summoner, Carlos Latre and welcome to Carnival of the Mayor, Juan Ramírez Soto.
At 24:00 pm in the Plaza of Spain, "Latin Music Festival" will continue in the Costume Party Tents, Beach bars and nightclubs.
Sunday 22 February:
At 18.00 pm, First Grand Parade of Clubs, Singles and floats, with the participation of thousands of people and 43 Comparsas parade.
