The Department of Health of the City of Eagle is launching a new course on "Food Handler" to be conducted during the week of 4 to 8 May at the Municipal Building "The Placetón."
This fourteenth edition, Health has focused the training offered to the sectors of catering businesses (bars, restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, hamburger, etc.), Butchers, delicatessens, bakeries and food retailers (fishmongers, fruit, etc. .).

The overall objective of this course is to ensure that all food handlers have adequate training in food hygiene in accordance with their employment.
During the training period, students will learn the health-disease and its relationship with food, the negative consequences of food contamination poses to the health, appreciate and value the importance of food handlers in the genesis of foodborne diseases and the basic requirements of food handlers.
