The Governing Council has approved to allocate a total of EUR 3,075,594 to carry out the renovation and upgrading the road between the Eagles and the limit of the Region and Andalusia, RM-333, between mile markers 2.5 and 4.
This project is conditioned on the urban section road along which it passes through the town of Calarreona, which will improve accessibility and safety in the more than 2.5 million trips a year at this track, along which about 150,000 heavy vehicles.
The event will consist of expanding the roadway to four lanes, construction of three roundabouts that will allow proper management of access and a bike path two feet wide to one side of the road.
In addition, there will be the strengthening of the firm and the replacement of lighting, signing and lighting for both the satellite view of action as the surrounding roads.
