Murcia The Executive has approved an agreement between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Tourism Institute of Spain (Turespaña), the City of Eagles and Eagles Tourist Consortium for development of Tourism Competitiveness Plan 'Eagles, sea and fishing ', worth three million euros.

This amount, which will be contributed equally by Community, City Council and Institute of Tourism, will be used in the creation of a new tourism product, based on the traditional fishing and the local fishing culture, which will give uniqueness and distinction to the town regarding other destinations.

Also, will increase the competitiveness within the new arena tour and diversify and complement the tourist offer of sun and sand, so that tourism will continue for the whole year.

This will include the actions envisaged in the Plan emphasizes the creation of the Sea Route, the adequacy of the local lighthouse, and the creation of a museum in the Visitor Centre, in addition to the souk market project of the sea.
