The Department of Tourism of the City of Eagle has organized four free courses Thalassotherapy, which will take place during the months of July and August on the beach of Las Delicias (next to Club Nautico) in 8'45 to 9 hours '30 and 9'30 to 10'15 hours.
The aim of these courses is to provide the benefits of Physiotherapy at sea, while you enjoy exercising in a different medium.
It will offer individual treatment to each component of a combined treatment group, according to fitness criteria.
The program, aimed primarily at people over 60 years, is designed with therapeutic exercises and recreational activities with games for fun and recreation participants.
The registration period for the first two courses, which will be held from 6 to 31 July, will open next Monday, June 29 at the Office of Tourism, to complete the squares.
Registration for the third and fourth years, which will take place from 3 to 28 August can be made from 27 July.
