Highlight the importance of the use of pesticides in plant protection and quality of agricultural production and the risks of its application are some of the objectives of the course "Sustainable Agriculture and use of pesticides and risk control "which attempts to explain the characteristics of sustainable agriculture and new plant and animal products useful for pest control and insight into the methodological aspects and risk in the use of pesticides in modern agriculture.
The course is led by Jose Oliva Ortiz and Barba Alberto Navarro, professors at the University of Murcia, and involves teachers of this university and Almeria, as well as specialists from various national institutions related to the subject.
The course is held at the Hotel Don Juan of the Municipality of Eagles during the week of 20 to 24 July and will run for thirty hours, being able to obtain, those who want three free credits.
The registration period is open until July 13.
