The Department of Culture of the City of Eagles, held tomorrow Thursday, August 13 at 20:00 pm in the Hall of Mirrors at the Casino, in the fourteenth edition of the Lecture "Watching the Sea", which coordinates Juan María Vázquez Rojas, Vice President for Research at the University of Murcia, the last of the scheduled talks.
The paper, entitled "Salzillo, school, and the image of Our Lady of Sorrows", run by Professor of Art History at the University of Murcia and Salzillo Museum Director, Maria Teresa Marín.
A total of 4 conferences are those that have developed within this cycle, after 14 years, has a large number of followers.
They are:
Aug. 3: "Jellyfish in the Mediterranean," by Professor of Biology at the University of Murcia, Ángel Pérez Ruzafa.
August 6: "Interpretation Centre Castillo de San Juan" with the City Archaeologist, Juan de Dios Hernández.
August 11: "The maritime dimension in history.
Spain and the Armada "by the admiral and former Chief of General Staff of the Navy, Sebastián Zaragoza.
August 13: "Salzillo, school, and the image of Our Lady of Sorrows", with Professor of Art History at the University of Murcia and the Museum Director Salzillo, María Teresa Marín.
