In this roundtable discussion, wield the arguments in favor of the New Judicial Office Secretary of Government of the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ), Javier Luis Parra, and against, Andrés de la Oliva Santos, Professor of Procedural Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).
