In this roundtable discussion, wield the arguments in favor of the New Judicial Office Secretary of Government of the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ), Javier Luis Parra, and against, Andrés de la Oliva Santos, Professor of Procedural Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).
The debate will be moderated by the president of the Supreme Court, Juan Martínez Moya.
Broadly speaking, this reform aims to spread the burden of decision and resource management in the courts among the judges and clerks, from the latter to manage more than 300 functions that are currently in the hands of judges.
