The next Monday, September 28, will begin a course on Introduction to Computers, organized by the Institute of Women of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the Department of Welfare and Equal Opportunities Hall of Eagles.
The course, which will run from September 28 to October 2, at the Municipal Building "The Placetón" with a total of 15 hours training, aims to offer women the opportunity to learn and function effectively in computerized environments and get basic training to achieve efficient outcomes via the Internet.
At the same time, it is intended that students acquire a general knowledge of computer and its tools and the management of major programs of the most widely used productivity suite.
The Training Plan for Equality of Women's Institute in the Region of Murcia, is to encourage the involvement of as many women, regardless of their place of residence and for this special emphasis on carrying out training activities in all municipalities Region.
This is intended to remove barriers that still hinder or impede access to common activities in major population centers.
The 2009 Training Plan proposes:
Maintain and strengthen the training on Equal Opportunities.
Sensitize and educate the adolescent population in Equality and Prevention of gender violence.
To provide useful training for immigrant women access to resources and opportunities to facilitate their full integration into society.
Facilitate, through online training, access to knowledge on Equal Opportunities and professional competitions.
Promote training activities aimed at specific occupational groups and who are members of the Regional Network of CAVI, in order to improve the care given to victims of gender violence.
Promote employment and female learning through training for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, local employment centers and incubators.
