IU spokesman Eagles, Miguel Antonio Carrasco, said today that the arrest of former municipal architect Jorge Sotelino "corroborates the urban mafia-related and other developments arising Zerrichera of urbanism that have happened in the town."
Carrasco has indicated that the citizenship of Eagles "should be aware that the existence of corruption is an attack against the democratic system, which actually has to be transparent and with a performance set to the Law."
