The Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, today inaugurated the comprehensive care center for women in Aguilas.
This new infrastructure includes in its different departments related to women's services, ranging from training for equal opportunities to care for victims of domestic violence.
Bascuñana explained, "is a modern and complete infrastructure, which will have a Care Centre for Women Victims of Violence (CAVI) to help those who suffer or have suffered gender violence, as well as a local employment center and spaces training activities, education and equal opportunities. "
The new building, situated at Immaculate of the site shall be treated by a psychologist, a technique of employment, a lawyer and a social worker and has been running budget of 110,000 euros.
To celebrate the Day against Violence against Women, the Minister appealed to the responsibility and commitment of everyone, "because in this fight all efforts are few."
