Volunteer members of the Department of Social Intervention and Eagles and Red Cross Volunteer Service Social Municipal Hall of Eagles have taken place this week the first installment Food Program "Assistance EC European Community.
The initiative comes in response to the request of the Assembly Local Red Cross Eagles to perform in the town of Aguilas delivery of staple foods to families at risk.
About 3 tons of food have been delivered this week to 100 families columbines.
A delivery that complements the aid routinely provide the Department of Social Services and will continue in the future given the dire need of applicants.
All persons residing in the town who need to benefit from the "Help EC should contact the Department of Social Services City of Eagle to process the application and subsequent delivery.
