The mayor of Culture, Clara Valverde and aquiline photographer, Gines Asensio, presented this morning at a news conference, the Eagles Carnival photos that have recently been awarded two major international photography competitions.
This is the "Trierenberg Super Circuit" in Austria, where a color snapshot, held last Carnival, a component of the Rock "Ipanema" has been selected from 56,000 images to be part of a book and an exhibition catalog traveling, which will visit several countries.
Another of the prizes awarded by local artist, has been in the "International Biennial" held in the Chinese city of Beijing, which features a photograph of 2009 made to a component of the Rock "Fantasy World."
During the meeting with the media, Gines Asensio said "light, color and vibrancy of our Carnival, these photographs make a real excitement of the festival, which also fortunately I was able to reflect in a small text I have been allowed to publish by the pictures, which undoubtedly is a great promotion for our wonderful carnival. "
Finally, the mayor of Culture, Clara Valverde, wanted to publicly congratulate the photographer aquiline, while it has encouraged to continue to bear the name of Eagles Carnival around the world.
