The Department of Clean Eagles Hall, in collaboration with the contractor for this service (Acciona-General), has coordinated the development of a special device Carnival, with the massive influx of visitors during the holidays.
The Plan, which will enter service on Thursday February 11 and ending on Sunday 21, consists of a total of 75 operators, who are responsible for street cleaning, solid waste collection, cleaning of beaches and party places, and another set of common services.
To perform these services satisfactorily cleaning, where according to figures from last year collected more than 100 tonnes of waste, operators begin to do their work at 6'00 am, except on days of shows that start the 4'00 hours.
As for the material needed to develop the clean, be used: Thirty organic toilets, with all necessary equipment for cleaning and disinfection daily.
Flushing three trucks, two 6,000-liter wide avenues and a 1,000-liter narrow streets.

Eight blowers air pressure to remove the residues left in the boxes located in the path of the Carnival parades.
Eighty containers of 800 liters, to be installed in the marquee area and markets, with a special route for collection.
1 container of 12 cubic meters of waste discharge.
Thousand liters of disinfectant, bactericide and deodorizer, to combat odors that may exist after each holiday.
Throughout the carnival will work a special team dedicated to the removal of so-called "botelleos" and thorough cleaning of gardens and plazas of the municipality, as well as an exclusive evening for manually scanning the areas of special confluence of people .
From the Department of Clean Eagles City Council has sought the cooperation of the entire population and of those who visit us during the days of Carnival.
