The AVA-Aquilegia Neighborhood Association Citizens' Forum has succeeded Eagles in the City of Eagle to be held back from any document certifying that this procedure is performed for free.
A request by the Group at the end of last November, a request which has already agreed the Consistory as stated in the written reply signed by the Mayor of Eagles and led the president of AVA.
In that communication the mayor Juan Ramirez indicated that, indeed, the city has resumed or certifying completion of collation of copies, as it is a private document or a public document submitted by any citizen.
Until now and since 2009, the above procedure is performed at local authority only in cases where copies to accompany collating letters sent to the City of Eagle, Public Administration or other service is available with the Single Window.
AVA President, Alberto F.
Giordano, has announced its satisfaction with the municipal decision, which agrees with the letter sent in your day so that citizens will avoid the expense and inconvenience incurred by the refusal of the General Secretariat in the city to be certified municipal documents outside the City, which forced interested parties to attend a notary or move out of town to get an official tally. "We have to attend a fair and logical request, which we are pleased by what means improvements to the residents concerned and also gives us renewed vigor and effort to continue our usual path of protest but that does not hurt us when clothes recognize and even congratulate the Administration when, as in this case, boasts common sense to ensure citizen interest, "said the president of the Neighborhood Association Columbine.
