The Neighborhood Association-AVA Aquilegia Eagles Citizen Forum has requested in writing to the Mayor of the city municipal services review the location and condition of maintenance of car parking spaces are reserved for people with disabilities, in order that Disabled drivers can effectively use such spaces.
AVA has received several complaints from drivers with disabilities noting the impossibility of using the places reserved for parking their cars, sometimes because they are already illegally occupied by other vehicles are not allowed, if not properly marked, and in some cases by obstacles on the sidewalk even download them from tourism.
One such situation occurs, as has been shown the Neighborhood Association, in the Plaza of Spain (Glorieta), a few meters from City Hall, as the existence of a gardener and a bank makes the rise and fall of disabled drivers the parked vehicle.
Apparently, so far the complaints have been sent to disabled drivers for municipal officials to remedy the deficiencies cited have not produced any results, so have turned to the ALS Association requesting their support.
